Data and purposes: we use the name, contact details and message you voluntarily send to answer enquiries and discuss services. Required contact information is needed to respond. The hosting provider processes technical request data, including IP addresses, URLs, timestamps and browser/device data, to deliver and secure the site.
Legal bases: steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), where applicable; legitimate interests in business correspondence and website operation/security (6(1)(f)); and legal obligations for consumer complaints and mandatory records (6(1)(c)).
Recipients: Cloudflare for hosting and security, Zoho Mail for email correspondence, Google Fonts for font delivery, their relevant service providers, and authorities where legally required. Processing may occur outside the EEA, subject to applicable adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards. See Cloudflare privacy, its processing terms and Google privacy and Zoho privacy. Contact us for safeguard details or copies.
Retention: enquiries are kept while needed for the enquiry and follow-up; longer only for a contract, legal obligation or legal claims. Complaint records are kept for one year, subject to other applicable legal requirements. Technical retention follows the relevant provider's service/security requirements, described in the linked policies.
Rights: subject to GDPR conditions, request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent applies, it may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to AZOP or your competent supervisory authority. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made.
Google Fonts receives technical request data, including your IP address and browser information, when fonts load. Our legitimate interest is consistent website presentation. Decision Lab choices run in your browser and are not submitted to us or stored by the site.
